Views of the barrel acceptance lab in building 154

These pictures were taken on September 18, 2002, going clockwise around the room,
starting from the upper left corner.
As you can see, there are only the computers so far (and not all the software installed
but that's harder to see...) and the 16-channel tension tester from Duke. Module 1-01
from Dubna is also visible against the back wall.
To help you find your way, here is a section of the floor map from Curt. The 16-channel tension tester
is not labelled but located in the upper left corner of the area marked in green (temperature controlled room).

      test station computer.

Module 1-01 irradiated in Dubna can be seen in the center on a table behind the tension and
      stringing computer.

An empty desk (left) and the gas leak test station computer in the back. This one has a CD
burner installed. The X-ray mapper will be installed to the left of this desk.

The receiving station near the entrance door. This computer will have the central data base
and the printer. To the right, one can see the flat table which will be used for the dimensional
tests. To the left, but not visible on this picture, there will be the racks for storage of the
modules, not yet built. Note the squeaky clean floor!

Here is a closer look at the Duke 16-channel tension tester setup taken on Oct 1st 2002:
